Most of what I learn in a week never makes it into a paper. A failed ablation, a subtlety in how a benchmark is scored, a paragraph from someone else’s related work section that reframed a problem for me — all of it lives in scattered notes that I cannot find again six months later.
So this is the place for it. Short pieces, written mainly for the version of me who will need them later:
- Reading notes. Papers I found genuinely useful, and why.
- Research notes. Things that did not work, and what I think the reason was.
- Engineering notes. The unglamorous parts — data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and the bugs that cost me a week.
Nothing here is meant to be finished or authoritative. If I get something wrong, tell me.
